Raytheon names Wood vice president and CAO
Wood will be responsible for global accounting and financial reporting
Raytheon has named Michael J. Wood vice president and chief accounting officer. Wood will report to David C. Wajsgras, senior vice president and chief financial officer. In his new position, Wood will be responsible for the company’s global accounting and financial reporting. Wood had previously worked at KPMG, where he served as an audit partner. He has extensive experience leading account teams for many U.S. and foreign SEC registrants, according to Raytheon. Wood began serving in his new position Oct. 2.
