Boeing has named Larry Dickerson vice president of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes sales team. Dickenson, 63, will replace Scott Carson, who was named BCA president and CEO in September. In his new position, Dickenson will have responsibility for sales of commercial airplanes and related services to airline customers and leasing companies around the world. Previously, Dickenson had led the Commercial Airplanes Asia/Pacific sales organization for more than 20 years, where he was responsible for sales operations in China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and other markets in the region. His replacement in Asia/Pacific sales will be named shortly, according to the company.
